ingredients

8 ounces plain yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
3 cloves pressed garlic

directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Blend thoroughly and serve.

I cut this recipe down to serve 4 people.<br/>Served with lamb kebabs this sauce was a wonderful accompaniment to the lamb<br/>Will be making this again with lamb, as this family loved it.
