  1. YUM!

  2. Reminds me of lazy afternoons with a cup of tea and some mandazi and roasted peanuts. Try adding 1/4 a teaspoon of ground cardamon. Pure heaven!!

  3. Very nice tea... Only made one change to the recipe and that was to omit the sugar. Such a nice change from coffee this morning.I normally do not add milk or cream to my tea, but really like how it smooths the brightness of the ginger. Always keep fresh ginger in the freezer, so I will be able to making this often. Made and reviewed for AUS/NZ Swap #63

  4. Wonderful tea Bethie, really good. I enjoyed the lovely mellow flavor of the ginger, it was so delicious, creamy and light (I used 1% milk) it worked great. Thank you so much for sharing this treat, that I will enjoy often. It was really comforting. Made for ZWT7 (Witchin Kitchen)
