  1. - Prepare Pizza Dough:
  2. In large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in the water.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir the salt, and oil into the yeast mixture.
  5. Mix in 1 1/2 cups of the flour.
  6. Turn dough out onto a clean, dry surface and knead in more flour until the dough is no longer sticky.
  7. Place the dough into a well oiled bowl, and cover with a cloth.
  8. Let the dough double in size.
  9. Should take about 1/2 hour if in warm spot.
  10. Punch down and let rest a minute.
  11. Roll out into a 14" pizza pan.
  12. Bake for 10 minutes at 400'.
  13. Remove from oven and let cool.
  14. - While dough is rising prepare Country Gravy:
  15. heat oil and butter over medium heat until butter is melted.
  16. add the flour, stirring constantly until the mixture turns a golden brown.
  17. Gradually whisk in the milk.
  18. Season with salt and pepper.
  19. Reduce the heat and simmer until the gravy thickens.
  20. remove from heat.
  21. - While dough is rising prepare Eggs:
  22. Beat eggs until whites and yokes are combined.
  23. Add stuffing mix and let soak until stuffing is softened.
  24. Scramble egg mixture until eggs are firm.
  25. - Assemble Pizza and bake:
  26. Spread one cup of gravy evenly over crust.
  27. Spread egg mixture evenly.
  28. Spread one cup of gravy evenly over eggs.
  29. spread Mozzarella and cheddar evenly over top.
  30. spread meat toppings over top.
  31. sprinkle Parmesan over pizza.
  32. Bake pizza in 400' oven untill cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  33. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes to set before serving.
