  1. In a large mixing bowl put the artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise and lightly combine.
  2. Next add the parsley, garlic and hot sauce if using and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered casserole dish and bake for 40 - 45minutes until hot and bubbly.
