Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes (unpeeled if using red potatoes)
  • 1 lb chicken breast tenders, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar dried beef, cut into 4 pieces each
  • 4 slices bacon, uncooked and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 32 ounces cream of chicken soup

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
  3. Bake uncovered in 350° oven for about an hour or until potatoes are tender.
