1. Old recipe called COWBOY COOKIES

 2. This is a very good cookie. Very easy to make. I added coconut, chocolate chips and walnut, thinking I would be the only one who ate this cookie. I was wrong my son just loves them. Which was a big surpise to me because he doesn't like nuts at all!!

 3. I added all of the optional ingredients. These really are KILLER cookies. Crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle.

 4. I chose this recipe as one from pick-a-chef. They are absolutely awesome. I loved how the bottom cooked up, nice a crisp, but not too crisp and the top stayed chewy. I added the raisins and toffee pieces to mine and I'm so glad I did. I like how the recipe gives you options. Thanks mewmew

 5. Wonderful cookie and I will sure make this again. I added walnuts and white chocolate chips for my mix and match selection. No mixer needed. How easier can you get.

The Dolphin picture was taken while my DH and I lived in the Bahamas. We had some great experiences there including a variety of cuisines. Once a year they have an international food festival where countries from all over the world set up booths and offer their traditional dishes and drinks. We now live in Oregon in the Pacific N.W. We will be sharing some of our Caribbean recipes from time to time and look forward to sampling what the N.W. has to offer.
