Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

"I originally found this on Allrecipes. I modified them a bit and lightened them up using lower fat ingredients. The taste was not compromised at all. They are fantastic! Perfect for company or a special meal."

  1. Very good! I followed the recipe except I used regular sour cream, cheese and milk. At first I thought it was a little soupy but after sitting for awhile it did thicken up. Will be making this again and again. Made for 2012 Zaar Cookbook Tag Game.

  2. These are great spuds! Made as written except didn't have enough onions for in the potato mix and top so just mixed them in (easier to get DH to eat them too). We both loved these and are already fighting over who gets the leftovers tomorrow. Made for Lets P-A-R-T-Y 2011.

  3. Made this awhile back from the allrecipes.com post. These are so awesome! A mix between a potato skin and a baked potato. Thanks so much for sharing - this is now in my cookbook!

  4. Flavor is incredible (though I admit I didn't use the light incredients and I used real butter). The only thing I will do differently next time is cut down on the amount of sour cream and milk as the potatoes were a little too soft.

  5. Wow, these were so good! I served these at a dinner party and everyone loved them--even my husband who claims to not like sour cream! I didn't put in the onions and used butter instead of margarine. Thanks for the wonderful recipe! I'll be making it again!
