  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Add vinegar to milk and set aside.
  3. Cream eggs and sugar together.
  4. Add oil and mix well.
  5. Add bananas, baking soda, salt, milk mixture, flour, and optional nuts, and mix well.
  6. Pour batter into greased baking pans, filling them about three-fourths full.
  7. Bake for 1 hr 15 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack before wrapping. The BEST way to serve is hot out of the oven with butter!
