  1. wash and shred cabbage.
  2. arrange in bottom of a deep pot.
  3. add onion and tomatoes and meatballs made by mixing.
  4. turkey,salt, sugar, ketchup and pepper and shaping into balls.
  5. add enough tomato juice to cover cabbabge and meat.
  6. add lemon, remaining sugar and gingersnaps.
  7. cover and simmer 1-2 hours.
