Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon oil or 1 tablespoon shortening

Directions

  1. Melt butter or shortening. (I use microwave).
  2. Stir in cocoa until dissolved.
  3. Use one batch PER 1 oz. of unsweetened chocolate called for in your recipe.
