“I had way too many collards in my garden I needed to pull out to prepare my spring soil. Directions

  1. Saute butter, green onion, garlic and collards.
  2. Add rice and a little water and cover.
  3. Check every few minutes and stir, add more water so it does not become dry, if needed, add extra water.
  4. When rice is cooked add cream cheese and milk.
  5. Add salt and pepper and serve.
