  1. .Pour pineapple juice over sliced bananas and let set for 20 minutes.
  2. Line pie pan with unbaked crust.
  3. Drain bananas, saving juice. Put bananas in crust.
  4. Mix sugar, cinnamon and flour and sprinkle over bananas.
  5. Dot with butter or oleo.
  6. Put 3 tblsp. pinapple juice on top of sugar mixture.
  7. Cover with top crust.
  8. Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 min until nicely browned.
  9. Prep. time includes marinating time.
