Directions

  1. Spray a muffin pan generoulsy with cooking spray.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, nuts and cinnamon.
  3. Divide sugar mixture evenly among 8 muffin cups.
  4. Place a biscuit in each cup over the sugar.
  5. Bake at 425° for about 10 minutes.
  6. Invert onto a platter immediately upon pulling these out of the oven.
