Valentine Brownie Pizza

"Although you can certainly make this at any time of the year, I always make at Valentine's using Valentine M&M's. Originally from TOH, it's a favorite of mine."

  • In small saucepan combine butter, chocolate and sugar. Stir over low heat till butter and chocolate are melted and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in flour till combined. Add eggs and beat till mixed. Pour into greased 12" pizza pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or till it tests done. Cool. In bowl, combine confectioners sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and enough milk to make a good spreading consistency. Spread over crust, top with nuts, coconut and M&M's.

  1. Didn't make this for the 14th, but it's certainly good any ol' time, for sure! Really liked the topping combo on this, but in the interest of 'nutrition' I cut the whole thing into 12 pieces, & we had it with a full meal! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]
