  1. Put Margerine, Sugar and Milk in a large pot and cook whilst stirring constantly until temperature reaches 106 deg Celsius When buzzer sounds, add Condensed Milk and continue cooking whilst stirring constantly.
  2. When second buzzer sounds at 121 deg. C., add 40ml of Vanilla Extract.
  3. Remove fudge from heat and submerge into large pot with cold water. Beat for approx 5 minutes.
  4. Pour fudge into 4 clean trays and allow to set for 10 minutes, then cut.
