Vanilla Muffins

"I got this recipe from a Watkins catalog. They make wonderful vanilla. These muffins are very tasty and moist. I'm not quite sure how many this recipe makes, I believe it is 12 or less."

  1. These muffins were ok. I made them for breakfast with 4 children. Much bigger hit with adults than the children. I will say they turned out beautiful! Perfect appearance! Just beware if feeding to children.

  2. A very tasty muffin! I confess I used 3tsp of vanilla, but the results were perfect.

  3. Well I thought the batch of muffins were divine! They were very moist and super soft on the inside! I'd almost recommend like a topping for the muffin considering how it's so much like a little cup cake! But they were a little bit doughy. Over all pretty good muffins!

  4. i made these with my mother and we found that there was just enough batter for 6 muffins when they were ready we found that they were really heavy and tasted doughy would go nice with ice cream but then again everything goes nice with ice cream

  5. These were easy to make, quick and came out great. I used 3/4 cup sugar jnstead of 1 cup and added dried cranberries and sliced almonds on top of half the batch. They have a moist cakey texture and taste delicious.
