- 1 cup low-fat milk (I use almond milk)
- 3⁄4 cup firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon stevia or 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 -4 ice cubes

- Blend all ingredients together, enjoy!
- Tip: Add 1 tbps of cocoa powder and reduce the vanilla for the chocolate version! Feel free to add nut butters for extra protein and flavour.
