- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1⁄4 cup vegan shortening, such as earth balance
- 2⁄3 cup non-dairy milk substitute
directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 450°.
- Cut the shortening into the flour.
- Stir in the milk.
- Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil.
- Roll the dough into 2" balls.
- Cook for 10 minutes.

hmm...i love cooking and hope to open my own cafe. i only cook vegan foods because im vegan (duhh XD) im really into candy making recently and am trying to make a recipe for vegan marshmallows. any help would be greatly appreciated =]] thanks
