  • Sift together dry ingredients and slowly add into the creamed mixture.
  • Fold in Apple, carrot, and nuts.
  • Bake for 14 minutes at 350.

  1. These were great! The only thing I would do differently was to shred the apples instead of chopping them. I was expecting more "cookie dough", so the apple pieces stuck out of the top instead of being fully incorporated. All in all, very tasty! I will definitely make again. Thanks!
