  1. Mix all dry ingredients (including chocolate chips) together until well blended.
  2. Mix Egg Replacer powder with water in a separate bowl.
  3. Add vanilla, soymilk and vegetable oil to the prepared Egg Replacer.
  4. Preheat cast iron or nonstick skillet.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Add wet ingredients to dry.
  7. Mix until smooth with no lumps.
  8. Using a 1/4 cup measurement pour into preheated skillet.
  9. Flip when bubbles along edge remain open and bubbles have begun to form in the center.
