  2. Stir together flour, salt, baking powder and flax.
  3. Add sweetener, egg replacer, oil, sour milk and fruit. stir until "just right".
  4. Scoop into lightly greased/oiled muffin tins
  5. Bake for 35-45 mintuse.
  6. Makes 6+ muffins.
