ingredients
- 1 cup soymilk
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 50 g oatmeal
directions
- Warm milk in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Put the oats, sugar and cinnamon and sugar in and stir. Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
- Eat. You can also add apple slices on top, raisins, nuts. Go crazy.

This is a good, basic recipe that makes a great breakfast. I loved how quick and healthy this was, but found the cinnamon to be overpowering for my taste. I think next time Ill only use 2 ts and not 2 tbs. Other than that though, its a keeper. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!<br/>Made and reviewed for PAC Fall 2011.
