- 1 1⁄2 cups vegan mayonnaise (Veganaise)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
- 3⁄4 cup plain soymilk
directions
- Whisk all ingredients together, and chill.

This tastes good. I made it with rice milk for my liquid, and no black pepper and only about 1/4 of the cayenne pepper called for, as my children can't tolerate much heat at all in their food. My daughter still thought it was too hot! I thought it was very good tasting, but I should add that I only used about 1/2 of the milk called for. You have to add it gradually to get a good consistency for your family. Thanks for a good, easy recipe.
