  • Whisk all ingredients in a sauce pan until dissolved.
  • Turn on heat and increase slowly, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour into a shallow container.
  • Allow the mixture to set.
  • Once set, purée in a food processor.
  • Set aside for 24 hours.
  • The coconut milk mixture should begin to weep from vinegar and begin to look like ricotta cheese.
