directions

preheat oven 180c line 22 cm x 8 cm loaf tin with baking paper.
heat oil.
add onion garlic celery capsicum.
cook 5 minutes.
transfer to bowl add zuchini mince tom bread crms parsley basil egg.season with pepper mix.
bake 1 hour.
let sit 10 minutes.
