  • Peel and dice all vegetables.
  • Place all vegetables into a bowl/pot.
  • Pour boiling water over dry ingredients.
  • Cook in microwave for 10 minutes/ stove top until cooked.
  • Mash vegetables add Polenta and spice mix well.
  • May use burger maker, use polenta in burger maker as mixture may stick, or hand roll spoon fulls and roll in extra polenta.
  • Lightly fry in pan may use extra light olive oil / or spray.
  • Serve with salad.
