Vegetable Chowder

"This is one of my favorite winter time soups! Really comforting on a cold day! Very easy to make and everyone I know seems to love it. This re-heats well but it never lasts longer than a day at my house!"

  4. I made this as a way to use up a bunch of vegetables that I got in my organic produce delivery. I used 3 cups of vegetable broth (instead of the bouillon and water) and it came out a little thick for our liking, even for a chowder. I added some broth to thin in out a bit and it was much better. Very good flavor and easy to make. Thanks for posting!

  5. Perfect winter soup! I added cauliflower because I had some left from a veggie plate, plus added some corn. This will go in to the soup-rotation at our house!!!
