  • Mix all ingredients together and put in 8x8 glass baking dish.
  • Top with crushed ritz crackers dotted with 1/2 stick oleo.
  • Bake 350 degrees 30-35 mim.

Ilive in a small town that is split by the railroad tracks which gives us two county seats. One is Edgecombe and the other is Nash. I live in a rural area of Edgecombe. My husband was a farmer and we raised tobacco, cotton, soybeans, peanuts, and grain. He is retired and really enjoying life! We traveled a lot for awhile then our children began their families and we now enjoy our grandchildren and a great grand daughter.I love to bake and guess that would be my hobby. I also collect cookbooks. I love to do just a little changing to a recipe to make it my own. Sorry no, pet peeves.
