  • Roast items mentioned under mixed spice and mixed spice in blender.
  • Microwave cauliflower, green beans, carrot with little vegetable oil.
  • Add salt and fry the vegetables in a seperate pan.
  • Roast cashews in butter and add to roasted red onion, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.
  • Blend cashews,red onion and tomatoes.
  • Add Blended tomato mix with fried vegetables.
  • Keep low flame, add mixed spice blended, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp salt.
