  1. cut all the veggie into small (one-inch) pieces and place on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  2. coat the veggies with Italian dressing.
  3. sprinkle black pepper over veggies.
  4. seal foil on three sides and put water into the packet.
  5. seal remaining side (be sure all sides are tightly sealed.
  6. bake at 350 degrees for about 20 - 30 minutes.
