Directions

  1. Soak Lima beans over night to re-hydrate.
  2. In a large stock pot, add all ingredients except orzo and bring to a medium boil.
  3. Reduce to a slow simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Check flavor and add additional seasonings as desired.
  5. Add orzo and simmer for an additional 60 minutes.
  6. Reduce to low and keep warm until serving.
