- 4 slices brown bread
- 2 tablespoons pudina chutney
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber, slice
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes, slice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- apply chutney over each bread slice. layer with slices of cucumber and tomato. season with salt and black pepper powder.

We tried this today and it was wonderful! I toasted the bread ahead of time so the sandwich wouldn't get too soggy. The flavors were fantastic together.
