  • In large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute carrot, onion, and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 min,.
  • Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until beans are tender.

  1. I liked this soup and it's guilt free also which is good, I made it just like the recipe but for the cabbage, I used white cabbage as that was what I had. Next time I won't use the garlic as I didn't like the smell it had while cooking, I think it would be better without it to get the true taste of the veg.
