  • Form into balls and dip in 1 egg, beaten.
  • Roll in 1 cup dry bread crumbs.
  • Fry in 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
  • Serve with tartar sauce.

  1. These did not taste like fish, but they were delicious none the less! I found some kosher fish sauce where I live, so I'm going to try these again using that insread of the ketchup, it just might give it more of a fishy flavor.
     
  2. i thought these were very good. i used all organic ingredients and didnt have time to make the mashed potatoes so just boiled some red bliss potaotes, and mashed them up without milk or anything. i eat a lot of fish and although they did not have the chunky, flakey consistency, they did have an almost crab cake, or fish cake type of taste and consistency. i personally liked them and think they were worth they try!
