- 1 small chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 5 cups cubed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon bay leaf
- 1 Guinness stout
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup peas
directions
- Add all ingredients except for peas into crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Add peas and cook for 2 more hours.
