- 4.92 ml crushed garlic
- 236.59 ml cubed eggplants or 236.59 ml cubed zucchini
- 236.59 ml chopped tomato
- 9.85 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 4.92 ml oregano
- 4.92 ml basil
- 59.14 ml parsley flakes
- 473.18 ml tomato sauce
- 946.36 ml water or 946.36 ml stock
- 59.14 ml white wine
- 118.29 ml ditalini
directions
- Heat oil and sauté celery, onion, and carrots for 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add pasta and simmer another 10 minutes.
