  1. I cook my spaghetti noodles (try other noodles too!) ahead of time.
  2. Put noodles in a Tupperware with a tight top.
  3. Steam your vegetables!
  4. Put steamed vegetables, oil and seasonings into Tupperware.
  5. Put the top on Tupperware.
  6. SHAKE,SHAKE,SHAKE.
  7. This should produce a well mixed veggie noodle salad with almost no prep!
