Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 hamburger buns (i use the big italian artisan ones so they fit the big burgers)
  • 4 veggie burgers (yves makes a great one)
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 kraft 2% american cheese singles
  • 4 dill pickle slices (each cut in 3 pieces)
  • 6 tablespoons white onions (finely minced, preferably chilled)

Directions

  1. spread the ketchup on the bottom of the buns, top with onions, then burgers, cheese, pickles, then mustard. for some reason the order of toppings changes the taste.
  2. microwave the whole mess until cheese melts and burger is warm. good to take with for lunches.
  3. serve with coke and fries for the full experience :P remember when planning servings that most veggie burgers are a healthy size and not the tiny hockey pucks of micky dee's.
