  • Saute vegetables in half of oil until soft- about 1 minute. Cool slightly. Mash beans and mix with egg and bread crumbs. Add veggies. Chill for 20-30 minutes. Form patties. Fry in remaining oil. Serve on buns and with your favorite toppings. Makes 3-4 patties.
