RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

I love to cook. I'm always looking for new recipes. They don't all turn out great, but that's what it's all about. When we try a recipe and decide we like it I type it up on the computer, save it in my recipe file then print it out on paper (that has a design of some sort on it, I find paper at craft stores). I place the recipe into a plastic paper protector then into a 3-ring binder. I don't usually cook real "fancy" recipes, I like home cooked meals. I love to experiment and usually modify and mix up recipes (adding extra seasonings; sometimes to spice up the heat). People always tell me my kitchen smells great. That's because I'm always cooking. I especially like prepping the ingrdients being used in the meal. I just take my time, it relaxes me.
