ingredients
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 2 tablespoons chopped carrots
- 1⁄4 cup diced tomato (optional)
- 1 small sliced red onion (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1⁄2 1/2 cup yellow bell peppers or 1/2 cup green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 cup your favorite dressing (I prefer Italian)
directions
- Put all ingredients in blender and put on highest speed.
