ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (2 ounce) envelope dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrot
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup finely shredded cheese
1 (12 count) package tortillas

directions

Mix together cream cheese and dry ranch packet. Then in a food processor, combine all remaining ingred. Mix all together and spread over your tortillas. Roll,and slice.and enjoy! This will make 12 rolls ( 1 pkg of tortillas ) 8-10 slices per roll.
