This was indeed easy. I had a recipe like it that used ranch dressing, and always had an old bottle of that dressing sitting around forever. Using dressing mix and mayonnaise was really nice, since it didn't produce any leftovers that I would never use up. The size of the recipe was deceptive, though. If it made only 12 pieces, they would be awfully big. I cut it in 24 and they were still bigger than the little appetizers I have served before. My husband wasn't thrilled with this recipe, but I think it would have pleased me just fine if I hadn't had so many leftovers. Nice for a change, but not a week-long diet!
