  • 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 34 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • 3 cups chopped vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green peppers, tomatos, cucumbers)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Roll out cresent rolls, laying flat on a cookie sheet. Pinch together seams. Bake in oven 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayo, and Hidden valley ranch dressing mix. Spread on crust once cooled.
  • Sprinkle chopped veggies and top with cheddar cheese.

  1. Supper easy to make and a sure hit with everyone. Can't go wrong with cresent rolls and cream cheese!
     
  2. This was indeed easy. I had a recipe like it that used ranch dressing, and always had an old bottle of that dressing sitting around forever. Using dressing mix and mayonnaise was really nice, since it didn't produce any leftovers that I would never use up. The size of the recipe was deceptive, though. If it made only 12 pieces, they would be awfully big. I cut it in 24 and they were still bigger than the little appetizers I have served before. My husband wasn't thrilled with this recipe, but I think it would have pleased me just fine if I hadn't had so many leftovers. Nice for a change, but not a week-long diet!
