  1. cook rice as directed on package and put to the side.
  2. cut carrots into thin stips.
  3. chop celery into small pieces.
  4. steam broccoli, carrots, and celery.
  5. in a hot pan, heat oil, add green onions and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. add egg whites and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne, mix around until eggs are cooked.
  7. add rice and soy sauce and stir for about 5 minutes.
  8. add steams veggies, avocado pieces, chopped cream cheese, and 1/2" teaspoon of cayenne mix over heat until melted.
  9. taste and add soy sauce until flavor desire is met.
