Velveeta Apple Crumble

- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 -inch cubes
- 4 granny smith apples, chopped
- 2⁄3 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 sleeve Ritz cracker, crushed (about 35)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix velveeta, apples, cranberries, sugar and cinnamon in 2-quart baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm topped with Cool Whip Whipped Topping or ice cream, if desired.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
