ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch onion powder
directions
- shred and cook ground beef in skillet, then drain. Melt Velveeta cheese according to package directions. Mix cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder with beef. Dip tortilla chips in dip and enjoy. We like this for dinner and it's one of my little girls favorite foods.

My ratings don't seem to show up only my reviews so let me say this is a 5 star recipe. Great little cheese sauce with or without the hamburger added. Great drizzled on french fries, baked potatoes, use in cheezy potatoes, etc. Since I don't like tomatoes, red/green peppers and all those other things people add to cheese dipping sauces this is perfect for me. Although I sometimes add a quick dash of ground red pepper to it and use it as a dip for my chicken nuggets.
