Velveeta Meat Dip
"Such an easy recipe that everyone has a version of. I like to make this one, as it is the simplest. I serve it in a crockpot so it stays warm for our parties!"

ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 - 2 lbs hamburger meat
- 1 (2 lb) package Velveeta cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) jar Pace Picante Sauce
directions
- Brown meat and transfer to pot.
- Add cheese, cut in cubes and the jar of picante sauce.
- Turn to low and let simmer until all cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with tortilla chips.

Love it! I also grease a casserole, add all ingredients including torilla chips plus one cup milk and bake. This is a flexible recipe. Add diced green chilis also. -

So easy and everyone loves it. It can sit out for a while at parties and be repeatedly rewarmed without detriment. It also makes a lot, so you can split it into two batches and keep one in the freezer for your next get-together. -
