ingredients
- 6 lbs venison, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 1⁄2 cups soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1⁄3 cup liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Marinate meat overnight.
- Smoke until dry in oven set at 200 degrees or in dehydrator.
