- 2 cups dry red wine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 3 teaspoons pickling spices
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 4 lbs venison, cubed
directions
- Place all ingrediants into a large bowl. Marinate in refrigerator for 5 to 10 days (for more than 4 lbs meat increase liquids only).
