Enjoyed our meal and used this marinade on venison that had been made into cubed steak, which helped to tenderize the meat along with the flavor. -
This was absolutely delicious. I made exactly as instructed except I put all in gredients in a ziploc, gave it a few shakes and put the meat in. I used it for 2 tenderloins. However, it made way too much for just 2 tenderloins. It would help to have the servings recommended for such a large amount of marinade. I will definitely be making again just downsizing a bit. I can’t wait to make with other meats. Thanks for sharing with us.
